Dr. Perry is originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he attended the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine and graduated in 1990.  He completed his residency in Philadelphia and then moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, and worked in private practice for six years.

A chance encounter during a trip to New Orleans led to a long distance romance with a pretty lady who would later become Dr. Perry’s wife.  In 1998 he was presented with a great opportunity to move to New Orleans and work for Ochsner Health Systems.  The move secured him an excellent job opportunity in the Big Easy and allowed him to be with his future wife.  After almost 20 years with Ochsner, Dr. Perry was ready for a change and joined Gulf South Foot & Ankle, LLC.
